Hi!

I am having the same trouble - I had to get rid of the line breaks because of our SEO and our site is having a master page. This code works great...but I am using a theme. When I remove the runat="server" from the head I get a runtime error that the theme needs it. I need to use a theme because I have a very specific skin file (with some Infragistic controls) and I know that skin files work only with themes.

Do you happen to have any suggestions? They will be greatly appreciated!

I just sent this post to a bunch of my friends as I agree with most of what you’re saying here and the way you’ve presented it is awesome.
