		<description>Hey Joel,

So glad you made the switch. As you and I talked about I have my name and was giving thought to switching it to my brand instead. However after thinking it through, reading the articles I shared with you, and getting feedback from others I have decided to keep my name as my twitter handle instead.

I was back and forth for a while but as you said personal branding is important and Twitter being a social platform I find it best to connect with others as people - you can always find out what their business or website is by visiting their profile. Also your business or direction might change and by using your name it allows you to maintain the relationship you have with all your followers as they follow and connect with YOU and not just what you are doing at the time.

Congrats on so glad I&#039;ve met you through twitter!
